Custom homes in Nixa, Ozark and Springfield.
Your priorities. Plans drawn around them. A direct line to Josh throughout the build.

We draw the plans.
You do not have to arrive with a finished design. JenMac can adapt an existing layout or start from scratch, working through how you want the home to function. Learn more about our house plan drawing process. Bring examples of what you like, the rooms you need and the things your current home makes difficult.
The layout and the building site belong in the same conversation. If you own land, tell us about its location and the information you already have. If you are still looking, we can discuss the home you have in mind before the plans become fixed.
Personal involvement from your builder.
Josh Jenkins is JenMac’s president and owner. He built his first custom home in 2003 and is your main contact during construction, coordinating the work and staying close to the details on site. He prefers to focus on one home at a time.
Some homeowners want to take part in every selection; others want more guidance. Tell us how you prefer to work. We discuss priorities, scope and practical ways to keep the plans aligned with your budget.
From first conversation to move-in.
- Discuss the fit. Share the location, timing, priorities and budget scope.
- Shape the plan. Work through the layout and selections in relation to your site.
- Build with communication. Josh coordinates construction and keeps you involved in the decisions that need your attention.
- Work through the final details. Review the home and the next steps toward move-in together.
Most JenMac builds take about six to nine months once construction starts. The home, site, weather and selections affect timing; discuss your project’s schedule directly with Josh. JenMac offers a one-year limited builder’s warranty on new construction, with coverage governed by its written terms.
Building across the surrounding communities.
JenMac serves Nixa, Ozark, Springfield, Clever, Republic, Highlandville and surrounding southwest Missouri communities. Josh’s experience includes homes in Pebble Creek and Fremont Hills. Share your exact site location so we can discuss whether the project is a fit.
A city name alone does not establish the requirements for a lot. Before finalizing a plan, confirm the applicable city or county jurisdiction, utilities and site constraints with the appropriate local offices and project professionals.
See the work. Ask the questions.
The project gallery includes real JenMac home photographs, inside and out. The animated opening on the homepage is labeled as an illustrative concept. Client and professional references are available on request.
For a first meeting, bring a short priority list, a few annotated inspiration photos, a budget that says whether it includes land, and the timing you hope to achieve. Our building guides can help you organize those questions.
